PGDM Programme

The PGDM programme is designed to impart knowledge and skills in the basic and functional areas of management. The programme is meant for all age groups who do not have an opportunity to acquire formal management education through regular campus mode for whatever reasons. 

TIAS-CDL, PGDM programme is innovative and imparts a strong sense of purpose. It equips students to deal with issues and organisational problems in a realistic environment.

Highlight Of The PGDM Programme

The PGDM programme is business focused and has 20 core courses, 4 specialisations (HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations) and the project (equivalent to two courses). In essence, the programme addresses business concerns by stressing on topics such as Lean Management, Balance Score Card, Six Sigma, Soft Skills Development, Performance Management, Services, etc. Duration of the programme is 3-Years spread across 6 semesters. The programme includes 4 specialisations. The project work commences in the Sixth semester. The semester wise details, of the courses, are as under:
