The Post Graduate Diploma in Management programme for Working Professionals is specially tailored for individuals holding key positions within their companies and organisations. Eligibility:
- Passed Bachelor's degree of minimum 3-year duration and three years of relevant managerial/supervisory experience after graduation.
- Obtained at-least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management Program is business focused and has 20 core courses, 5 specializations (Management, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations), a Summer Training Internship and the Project Dissertation (equivalent to two courses each). In essence, the program addresses business concerns by stressing on topics such as Lean Management, Balance Score Card, Six Sigma, Soft Skills Development, Performance Management, Services etc.
Duration of the program is 3 years spread across 6 terms. The program has 5 specialization options. The Summer Training Internship commences in the fifth term and the Project Dissertation in the sixth term. The term wise details are mentioned in PGDM curriculum.
