Core Courses | Functional Area-54 Credits
Core courses and Elective-FA (Functional Area) courses are of 05 credits each; Core courses of PGDM programs provide a holistic approach to management education, giving students both an overview of the field, and a basis to build, and specialize upon. The core courses provide students with more than just practical knowledge, case-based lessons and collaborative learning models, train students to analyze, decide, and lead rather than merely know while creating a common student experience that fosters a deep and tenacious community. These core courses are the strong foundation to establish management knowledge and provide broad multi-disciplined knowledge that can be further studied in depth during the elective phase.

Elective Courses | Functional Area-42 Credits
The integrated foundation is important for students because it not only allows them to build upon existing skills, but also to explore career options in a range of industries, and expand their understanding of various business fields. Elective –(Functional Area) are of 5 credit each. This helps the student to understand the academic efforts one has to put in, in order to successfully complete a course. Elective courses fall under at least one of the Eight Functional areas of Business: Management, Finance, Operations Management, Human Resource Management and Marketing Management.

Internship /Field Work - 07 Credits
Completion of an academic programme requires successful clearing of both the core and the elective courses along with internship and fieldwork. Internship/ Field Work are of 07 credits every semester the students are required to submit the assignments and the term- end examination of each course in a programme are conducted in the end.
SWAYAM MOOCs - 12 Credits
During the PGDM- Regular & ODL Course (2 years), all students have to score 12 Credit Points with minimum 3 Credits each in MOOCs Courses; unless the PGDM Certificates will not be issued and it is mandatory for all students.
INTERNSHIP /FIELD WORK - 07 CREDITS
Internship/ Field Work | Summer Internship, Project Dissertation on Field Work (7 credit). |
Course Span
The duration of the Programme is of Four Terms, that is, 2 Years extendable to maximum permissible period of 4 years.
